Giving is an act of worship

At First Baptist, we believe God is the giver of all that we have. In gratitude, we give back to Him as an act of worship; offering our time, talents, and treasure to be used for His glory. When you give, you are not giving to a church, an organization, or a staff; you are giving to God. He has blessed us so that we may bless others, and He simply asks that we return a portion of what He has entrusted to us.

Through this faithful commitment to stewardship, hearts are reached, lives are changed, and hope is restored as we share the Good News of Jesus Christ—both here at home and around the world.

Financial Oversight & Accountability

At First Baptist, we take seriously the responsibility of stewarding the resources God has entrusted to us. Our finances are carefully managed and overseen by our Finance Committee and Treasurer, who collaborate to ensure that all funds are handled with integrity, accountability, and prudence.

Regular reviews and reporting help ensure that every gift is used faithfully and purposefully in support of the church’s ministries and mission. We are committed to transparency and open communication, and we gladly provide financial information to our church family so that all may have confidence in how God’s provisions are being stewarded.
